In this step, I will take what I have learned and go through multiple prototyping phases to create my final product. I will be receiving constructive criticism from community members and my focus group to help further develop my product so I can present my best product to my users. Thank you for going through this process with me!

Low-Tech Prototype

I created my low-tech prototype on PowerPoint. When the "Present" button is pressed, the book would begin with my voice-over. Below are pictures of my low-tech prototype and a video of one of the questions and how they were presented.

Although I would consider my low-tech prototype a success, there were some issues with it and my focus group and community partners gave me some useful feedback which I will try to implement in my final product.

Moving Forward

My low-tech prototype helped me sort through some of the problems in my original idea of my solution. After reflecting on those problems and the suggestions of my community partners and focus group, my next step is to create a final solution.

I am planning on taking a lot of the problems and suggestions which have been presented to me. My first priority is switching out of PowerPoint into a software more conductive to being published on the internet and usable for students. After much searching for such a software, I found EpPuzzle which has solved those issues.

I also decided to publish the books on my own website, not Symbaloo. This will make accessing my solution easier for my user.

I have also added two books which I believe will interest a broader user profile. I also added challenges to the end of each one and changed how questions are presented.
